Sweet Soleil offers a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached and accompanied by proof of purchase. We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns.
Opened or used fragrance products, including eau de parfum and room sprays, cannot be accepted for return due to the nature of the product.
